  I take a review like this very seriously and have rarely submitted a review like this. Mark was subcontracted to wrap two of my vehicles. These vehicles are integral to my business. The first one was done very well - no issues. We made an appointment for the second vehicle with Mark when he dropped the first vehicle off at our home. The day before the appointment, I reached out to Mark regarding the logistics of getting the van to him since we had not heard from him. At that time, he informed us that he could not do the wrap. We planned our business around this appointment, so it was obviously very disappointing.
  
  We elected to remove the wrap ourselves to maintain access to this critical vehicle. Mark contended that this cancelled our install appointment. This was never communicated to us by Mark or the wrap printer. The first communication that we received that our appointment had been changed was when I reached out to Mark the day before our scheduled install appointment.
  
  Here's where it gets bad... Mark then decided to call the digital printer, blame us, and state that he would not work with us. According to the digital printer, Mark told them a series of lies about the sequence of events. Unfortunately, instead of just telling us that it was a miscommunication and that he would reschedule, he decided to lie about the situation.
  
  I don't have a problem with the quality of work we received on our first wrap. I do have a problem with someone at a business displaying a lack of integrity. I have text messages and witnesses that back up everything stated in this review. Be wary of dealing with Mark, he is not an honest person.
  
  If I am 1% wrong in any of this, please let me know, and I will gladly remove this review.
