  We had a little after-hours emergency with our 5-year old son. Dr Chow went out of his way and came in early the next morning (Saturday) to take care of him. We followed up with Dr Misko a few days later. Everything turned out fine, luckily, and it was clear that the staff was doing their best to make sure that it did. Very pleasant experience.
