  The first time I went to this store I had a fantastic experience. The owner of the store was happy to have me, helped me find a product that suited my needs best, and had a great positive upbeat attitude the whole time. I returned today to purchase other items, and the staff were not interested in helping, didn't listen to my questions, and just seemed to want me out of the store as soon as possible. I thought I had found a great local store to have a loyal long lasting relationship with for my ongoing kitchen needs but apparently I was wrong, I'm going to try Twig again. Tootles.
